I designed this dress for one of my customers as they wanted a higher quality dress for there Dia de los Muertos Skelita Doll. The customer sent me some inspiration photos which helped us decide on the silohuette. We decided on the colors black, gold, purple, and green us the customer wanted to use a Halloween themed color scheme. For this design I patterned and cut out the fabric pieces for the black based of the dress. I then created long ruffles in accent colors to add to the dress. Finally I finished the dress by adding embellishments using beaded detail.
